No, it will not. We use Soft Wash technology using the best industry soap solutions and Low Pressure to efficiently and effectively target Dirt, Grime, Algae and black mold from your homes exterior.
Are the products used for house washing safe for my pets, plants?
Yes, The soap solutions we use are Biodegradable, Environmentally Safe and pet friendly.
How much does house washing cost in East Hampton CT?
Pricing is based on S/F, Peaks, Property Elevation and service package. In East Hampton, CT and surrounding Central Connecticut, professional house washing ranges between $350 and $850. This covers Town Homes to most Estate size properties. Pricing is calculated on S/F, Peaks and complexity.

How Often should I Wash my exterior siding?
2 to 4 years is a general time frame. Homes in Central Connecticut commonly will see a algae and organic buildup on various sections of their vinyl siding. Generally the Northside and areas that are shaded will need more attention.
Do I need to be Home when your washing my house or cleaning my windows?
You generally do not need to be home. As part of our service, We do send out a Service day preparation check list to guide you.
How often should I have my windows professionally cleaned in Connecticut?
We recommend Spring time Mid June through July. and a Fall exterior window cleaning in October. We do offer The Klean Triple Klean Detail. This service gives you one more exterior window cleaning in August.
How do I get hard water stains off our windows?
Hard water spots, Calcium, and other residue spots can be removed with our window cleaning service. We use a mild glass solution and a bronze scrubber pad to safely remove these stubborn stains.
